Exchange an Order

Exchange Items

At Mr Thanh Tailor Shop, we carefully process every order based on the details confirmed by the customer at the time of purchase, including product type, size, design, quantity, and shipping address.

For this reason, we do not support exchanges for orders where incorrect selections were made by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Incorrect product selected

  • Incorrect design selected

  • Incorrect shipping address provided

Please make sure all information is correct before completing your order.


Cancel an Order

Order Cancellation Timeframe

Customers may cancel an order within 6 hours after placing it.

After this time period, the order may already have been sent to our processing or warehouse system for preparation and shipping.

If a cancellation request is submitted after this time, we cannot guarantee that the order can still be canceled.

Cancellation Fee

If the cancellation request is approved, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Timeframe

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date the order is delivered.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, the order will be considered accepted by the customer and we will no longer be able to offer a refund or return.


Eligible Cases for Returns or Refunds

Customers may request a return or refund if the product arrives in one of the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product arrives broken

  • The product design differs from what was ordered

  • The product size differs from what was ordered

  • The product material differs from what was described

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is significantly different from the original description


Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must not be worn

  • The item must not be washed

  • The item must not be modified in any way

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • The item must include original tags

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.


Proof Required for Refund Requests

To process a return or refund request, customers must provide the following:

  • Shipping label or receipt

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photos of the product received

  • Screenshots of any email communication related to the order


How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1
Send a refund request to:

Include all required documentation listed above.

Step 2
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Step 3
If the return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Step 4
Carefully pack the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping carrier.

Step 5
Send your return tracking number or a photo of the shipping receipt to our support email.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Do NOT return items without confirmation from our support team

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted


Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping fees are not included in the refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account.
