What shipping methods are available?

At Mr Thanh Tailor Shop, we use a reliable and fast shipping service for all orders within the United States.

  • Shipping Fee: $8.00 per order

  • Shipping Area: United States only

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to US military bases (APO/FPO addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


How long will it take to receive my package?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days within the United States.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly delayed during:

  • Peak seasons

  • Holidays

  • Unexpected carrier delays

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Mr Thanh Tailor Shop only ships within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping.


What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept PayPal as our secure payment method.

When you place an order using PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you can safely complete your payment using your PayPal account or supported credit/debit cards.


Is buying online safe?

Yes. Your security and privacy are very important to us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways and your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.


Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once they are placed.

Before completing your purchase, please make sure that all details are correct, including:

  • Product selection

  • Size or specifications

  • Shipping address

  • Quantity

We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been confirmed.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.

After this period, the order may already be in the processing or shipping stage and cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value.

Can I return or request a refund for my order?

Yes. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What is the return policy timeframe?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after the order has been delivered.

After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted and we will no longer be able to offer refunds or returns.

I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Please check around your home or mailbox area.

  2. Ask neighbors or family members if they may have received it.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier listed in your shipping confirmation email.
