What shipping methods are available?

At Wagner’s Tailoring, we use reliable and fast shipping services for all orders within the United States.

  • Shipping Fee: $6.3 per order
  • Shipping Area: United States only

Please note that we currently do not ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience.


How long will it take to receive my package?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days within the United States.

Delivery times may be slightly delayed during:

  • Peak seasons
  • Holidays
  • Unexpected carrier delays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Wagner’s Tailoring only ships within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping.


What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept PayPal as our secure payment method.

When placing an order, you will be redirected to PayPal where you can safely complete your payment using:

  • Your PayPal account
  • Supported credit/debit cards

Is buying online safe?

Yes. Your security and privacy are very important to us.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once they are placed.

Before completing your purchase, please double-check:

We cannot guarantee changes after an order is confirmed.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.

After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping and cancellation may not be possible.

  • A 10% cancellation fee will be applied

Can I return or request a refund?

Yes. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exceptions apply if the item is damaged or incorrect

What is the return timeframe?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery.

After 30 days, the order is considered accepted and we cannot offer refunds or returns.


I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check around your home or mailbox
  • Ask neighbors or family members
  • Contact the shipping carrier
